Replacements and Refunds:
If your package arrives damaged and or plant doesn’t arrive alive, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery time with photos of the package and plant so we can discuss getting you a possible replacement or a refund.
A replacement or refund will only be considered if the package is opened upon delivery.
